PAIA Manual

This manual is published in terms of Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act no. 2 of 2000) (“the Act”) and to address the requirements of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act no. 4 of 2013). The manual applies in respect of each constituent private body that is a member of the Raubex Group.

The Act grants a requester access to records of a private body if the record is required for the exercise or protection of any rights.

Requests in terms of the Act shall be made in accordance with the prescribed procedures, at the rates provided.
